Angry side indicators

Please excuse the stupid question but, one of the side indicators in the left wing on my cossie is not working. All the others do from the indicator stalk and the hazard warning switch. They are all pulsing between 0-9 volts when flashing, the one not working is only reaching 6 volts so the small voltage drop doesnt seem enough to light the bulb. The wireing seems ok, the contactors in the lamp holder are fine. Anyone got any ideas on this, it must be simple but its doing my head in! Where is this fed from? is it the drivers side, side repeater.
Im not a brain surgeon but i have obviously check the bulb!!!!!!!!
Thanks.
Muffster.
