Default 2 and 4wd cossie throttle bodies - interchangeable ?

The idle screw on my 4x4 cos is stuck and won't respond to large helpings of WD40 or penetrating oil...

Since the 2wd screw design is much better, I'd rather have one of these if I am going to replace mine, question is, will it fit on a 4x4 ?

Cheers
Greg
