Ok chaps , just put 1000 miles on my rebuild engine 87 cossie stage 1 280bhp , and with so many oils out there which one is the best to use now ?

some might say do a few more miles on mineral oil before chaning for synthetic

but if you think you want to go with full synthetic now, the only oil to use is Silkolene Pro S 10-50

get it off "oil man" aka opie oils
