Cosworth SPARK plugs

hi there does anyone know which plug can be run on 4x4 330 bhp setup im currently using NGKR BCR8ES
THE PLUG SEEMS TO DIE OUT VERY QUICKLY,THE CAR ALSO FLOODS VERY EASY.

Sounds like u need the get the fueling checked up m8
Do you have a lambda meter in it?
