i have removed the kidney box from my 4x4 sapph there was a rubber pipe coming from it which looks like an oil return to the sump if this is the case does the pipe enter below the oil level as i got an adaptor nut for the other side of the engine for this purpose but it would be a lot cheaper on oil resistant silicone hoseing to take it to the original drain back to the sump
