how do you fit 1 been told to seal it too the head off 1 person and put a ford head gasket then decomplate then another ford head gasket

all so where and i get apr conrod bolts from

I'd use two HGs myself.
Its not like you can use instant gasket or glue on it.
Besides, once torqued down the HGs should compress and provide a seal anyway.
Of course I could be totally wrong here but I just dont see the 'sealing to head' idea working.

Sod knows on the bolts. Try the usual suspects. Burtons and the like..
What are you doing? Turbo'ing a standard block?

If so, why? Cant be hard to find a turbo block instead. Or are we talking zetec?

Hi mate,

When I contacted ferriday engineering about making a decomp plate for me they said to skim the head and seal directly to that, this was with an alloy head and an alloy decomp plate.

It's probably best if you just email them and ask for your given application:

realy idon't wanna use as i read luke89 bit about it warping, ibut i got it for free so mite as well try it. including buying the 1.8 sump and it all cost me £80 so i not assed about what happens, i just trying it before i build 1 for a mate then i can tell him to use proper pissions
