struggling with front poly bushes helpppp
Dont know what im doing wrong but got all the bushes in ok the left tca is on but struggling getting the anti roll bar into the right hand tca just cant get it in the arm hole.
any tips or tricks would realy help as im getting the hump with it now

Make sure both TCA's are bolted in loosely, then with a jack raise the tca/hub up and you will find it gets alot closer at one point, with a bit of swearing it will go in a lot easier at this point, if not I sometimes use a £1 ratchet strap from the cheapo shop down town to draw it in closer, works a treat, keep the bushes on the roll bar NOT in the tca to start with and it will also be easier(bigger hole), just simply push together afterwards.
If the rear arb mounts are undone so it swings loose it will also make it easier.

this is what im struggling with ive got the racthet strap on the anti roll bar to try and pull the bar together im just about 2 inches out ive got the bolts in the tca tops but no nuts and got the bushes on the arb and the arb mount is off
just cant do it bout 2 inch out does it need two people or can it be done on your own nearly threw my spanners through my windscreen
i have not got the tca on the hub, it is on the otherside does it have to be on to get it to go in

I think you need some more shreaded wheat!!
Try puttingh your foot against the bar and pushing it whilst someone else helps, it can be a struggle one handed till you get the knack, some take the tca off put on arb then use a screwdriver to align tca in the hole and bang the bolt through from the other side, this may be easier for you.

Ha Ha can only handle the bitesize ones
think i need a extra pair of hands or a pair of size 11's otherwise it will be on ebay!!
