what sort of power are you running?
just that i'm aiming for 320bhp now and a t3 on 1600 is pushing it.

didn't realise you was running that kind of power my misses drives mine so it's staying at 198.8bhp other wise it will end up in a ditch.
With that kind of power i think its hobsons choice as you will go through t3's like there no tomorrow, as it happens i still have the t34 and if your interested reply back. If your running a t34 you will need to make up a spacer plate 12mm to go between the manifold and the turbo to clear the manifold, or www.autospeacalsits.co.uk do a tubular manifold and the turbo bolts straight to it with no spacer plate it also helps with the lag. The other problem is space, fitting it in without having to fit a new radiator ever 3 miles because your acuator has gone through your radiator yet again!!! i went through 3 rads but mine is a mark 5 cab so there is less space in mine for the rad and cooler.

T34's on 2L engines are at full boost by 2500rpm, so there must have been something wrong with that 1.8 because there's no way it should have come in at 4500!

is that a zeetec turbo or a zvh because the cab has been on the rollers and the operator didn't say there was anything wrong?

The T34 on Stevies car is on a 1620cc engine. That was on full boost by 4k. Deffo something miss matched on that 1800!
