s2 turbo dropping boost at about 115 mph

Can anyone help. i have a s2 turbo that runs very quick in all the first four gears at 1 bar of boost. I have a stage 1 bayjoo chip, pace intercooler and the other usual mods. at about 4500 rpm or about 115mph the car feels like it over boosts but when i accelerate again it is ok, but I have not yet been able to get the full performance out of the car. I have been told it is over boosting but have also been told that it is definately not. can u help please, please, please

The Stage 1 Bayjoo chip has an 18PSI Boost cut AFAIK. I reckon you are hitting that.

Alternatively, if you have standard hoses, it will be one them collapsing.
