Default Fiesta Turbo Leak.... Please Help!

hi every one i have a problem, my car (fiesta turbo) has been getting very hot i have a new rad and new thermstat and today this happened....







its not coming from the core plug nor the thermostat houseing does that mean its the head gasket?

Hard to tell, unlikley to be the h/g as these normally don't go like that.
I would try to use a old mirror to see a bit better.
