hiya there, this is my first post on here as i have just joined. i have a 1987 ford escort xr3i cabroilet in pearl white, excellent condition but have recently starting to have a few engine trouble, i hardly ever use the car as i work away, just kept in my garage.
I think its only running on 3 cylnders, when the engine is running and i take the first lead out from the left the engine stays the same but when i take the other 3 out the engine dies and goes to cut out, im not an expert so what are you idea's, could it just be a dodgy lead. let me know, thanx alot. could be plug or a lead or maybe the injector on that cyclinder....

 

stick some injector cleaner through it and get a set of leads, plus; rotar arm - no more than £35 and you can fit yourself
