Default 4x4 saff running like a dog

guys, i know that there is a lot of knowledge on this forum, i hope that i may tap some and gain the relevant info to aid me in my tradgic dilema

i purchased a 4x4 91 saff, it has all the bling bling available, verniers, cone (and ally cover,) strut brace, greys (i believe) -34 3 bar (i think)and should be capable of a 'safe' 380. i have no idea what is under the rocker, i can post pics if necessary, of the build, but not the inside of the engine!!

i am no expert, so info may be a little vauge..

however it is still using a standard turbo, and i am not sure if it has been mapped or sensed...

it runs like a dog and guage is showing 22 psi foot down, which i think is a little too high??

it ticks over shit, and stalls a lot when cold, it only just stays alive at idle when warm. full throttle always seems to stall, but i think that may be too much boost for the turbo?
i have spoken to mano at turbo dynamics, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable ( was gob smacked at the price for a 420 bhp 2.1 turbo though )
i have visited a fast ford advertised 'specialist' and they did not have a clue ( thought i had an oil leak, when i had cleaned some of the engine with wd40 )

it is lumpy and pissing me off...

now i know you boys like to have a laugh, and take the piss, but if any one can also include some serious info, and a hotline to a top helper, i would be most happy

my mobile is 07810 231955 i will call you back if required..

thanks for the time
kenton
