saph heated windscreen

can someone tell me the relay and fuse no's for a saph heated screen as just had new fitted and it doesnt work

(old one wasnt heated)

Does the switch light up when pressed,is the car running when you try,did they connect up the wires to the screen ?

The relay is behind and below the glovebox, and sure the fuse is around there too.
