Anyone no what sort of power and psi the standard focus rs gasket is good for?????

 

500bhp (at least).. at whatever psi is necessary.

 

And just to clear up, it's the same gasket on all 2.0 Focus zetec engines, for except the ST170 that has a thicker 4-layer gasket. The gaskets themselves are identical to gaskets like Cometic and should be quite capable against pressure and temperature. They are picky about the surface flatness though.
