Default Knocking when pulling away - Rear engine mount?

Hi all. Haven't used this forum much but you helped us out a treat with the last problem (heater valve).

Anyway, my mrs has got a Mazda 121 (Fiesta), it's an R(98) GXi with a 1.3 engine (is this the engine used in the Ka?).

When pulling away there's a single knocking noise. We thought it might have been something to do with the newly fitted front springs which had to be changed to get through the MOT, so Loz took the car back to the garage that fitted the springs so they could have a look.

They got it up in the air and had a look around and also took it for a spin with her and came to the conclusion that one or all of the engine mounts have weakened and whichever ones have gone need replacing.

When she brought it back I opened the bonnet and watched the engine as she got the biting point and pulled forward and backwards to see if it was moving around much. The engine does have quite a bit of fore/aft lurch when raising the clutch.

I changed the oil in it today so while i was under it i had a look at the rear underside engine/gearbox mount. I was able to move it a little by hand and could rock the engine if i reached round with my other hand and put some pressure on the gearbox. The rubber doesn't appear perished and there's nothing oozing out of the bush. I also put a bar under there to get a bit of leaverage and could move it a reasonable amount.

I couldn't get much movement from the mount underneath the battery but the mount by the cambelt has a bit of movement in it when pushed around, again though it doesn't look knackered.

I've uploaded a picture of the rear underside mount here:

It looks the easiest out of the three to change and i'm told we can get it from Car Spares for around £20-£30. So is it just a case of putting a jack under the engine, undoing those four bolts, dropping the bracket off and taking the arm out or are there any hidden nasties I need to know about?

Anyone else got any suggestions as to what else it could be incase we've missed something?

Thanks
