Question fitting solid beam mount (cossie)

Hi, i have a pair solid beam mounts laying around, and was about to fit them.
However when lowering the beam i noticed there is a short piping sticking out the chassisrail. Do i have to grind those down so the metal bush touches a larger area (so more stable ) or should it rest on the short pipe sticking out?

if ur talking about the short pipe on the top of the top part of the mount that should fit inside the chassis plate

As above it acts as a spacer, obviously it has got jammed onto the chassis area where normally it stays put in the inside of the bush.

no that's not what i mean. the polybush including the long inside the bush came out fine.
That pipe should indeed go into the chassis. But it's the bigger pipe that acts as a spacer so you don't squeese the chassisrail that sticks out a bit.
otherwise i'll make a pic of it by tomorrow
