I'm currently DIY repainting/refurbishing a set of alloys.

But am confused as to what primer, paint and clearcoat i need. Rather than trot off down to halfords and buy a shed load of rattle cans i thought i'd try use my spray gun and compressor.

A quick look on ebay for a idear of prices, but theres 2K, CELLULOSE, etch primer.

Does any body have any advice on what i need.

depends what your looking to pay and what quality your after personally i like 2k but it ent cheap most sprayers use a synthetic mix as its cheap compared to the others, find a paint supplyer in the area and just tell him wat your doing and ask him the best paint for the job
