Question 2wd sapphire gearbox lubrication

has anyone used molyslip in a t5 gearbox to make it smoother also is it safe to use in a t5 box cheers

I used GREASED LIGHTNING in my T5 box, but also used GEAR OIL not ATF and the difference is massive much better now.

what grade of gearoil did you use im very interested cheers

SAE 70, fully synthetic, from I think SONOCO or REDLINE, was miles better though.
The original ford oil was different to nomal ATF as atf attacks the pads on the end of the selector forks, which are made of a type of compressed card.
