cracked block
does it matter if the block cracks betwen one of the bolt holes and a water way

is this common? mine was like that a few years ago when i came to put a new head gasket on, and yes, i did replace the block

they do seem to crack there yes more so when a stud kit is fitted

i spoke to jo at blue sprint and he said it will not be a problem if i have the block long studed

your right its not a problem but the ones that crack all seem to be studded
