Default Mk4 escort door pins

Guys, anyone any advice on how to remove Mk4 escort door pins from th hinges?
special tools etc?

Just a hammer and punch like these Click Here. What are you trying to do change a door if so you dont need to take the pins out just unbolt the hinges from the inside of the car it's four 13mm bolts.

tried that but there at a funny angle to get a punch in.
dont want to take off hinges as doors will be been refitted and dont want hassle of religning them up.
im sure ford used to do a specail tool years ago, anyone know about that?

It will be a piece off piss to line the door back up mate as you will have a mark were the hinge was.

not so pal,
as doing a bare metal restoration and removeing all traces of old seam sealer etc.
