Default cam timing

Hi
How do you do a proper cam timng on a sierra cosworth whit vernier pulleys?
I read a few artikels but there a a few methodes to do it but wich one is the best to do?

It doesn't matter HOW you do it so long as you end up with the correct timing cam wise, as result is the same,
Normally qouted full lift after TDC etc.
As it is vernier anyway just put on this as will most likely be adjusted to best power driveability anyway.

set the vernier to 0, then as above
