Would you or can you Heli-coil the hub on an Escort? Or is it easier to buy new hubs, as 1 hole in each of mine have seen better days and won't torque up. Thanks.

helicoils are good,but i wouldnt use them to hold a wheel on

 

heli coils cost a fortune for what they are get new hubs

 

mate dunno where you get yours from but they are very cheap in all honesty.

on topic though, they are strong as fuck but i'd not recomend anyone using them to repair a thread in a wheel hub. get some new hubs pal
