Default BIG brakes

Just wondering if any one knew of a good brake conversion for a 1.6 xr2i. The standard front discs as we all know are poo and i would like to change them for another set of ford callipers and discs ie mondeo or even escort cossie but i do not have a clue if any of these would fit any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks darren

If you want to go down the Cossie route I suspect that it's the 4*4 calipers and the 2wd disc's that you need.

That's what I use on my S1 and they're spot on.

Beware of the 2wd calipers as they're 4 pots and are too large to fit easily , certainly within the 15" S1 wheels.

Colin.

no its 4wd disks and calipers for a fiesta!

the calipers need spacing out 5mm tho and 30mm bolts need to be used to hold them on!
