DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO SET UP THE CAM TIMING USING VERNIER PULLEYS? HAS ANY ONE ATTEMPTED THIS THEMSELFS BEFORE?
IM USING BD10 CAMS IF THIS HELPS?

Easy, you will need a degree disc(ideally) but defo a dial gauge.
You will have the cam timing figures, so set up dial g on cam and get full lift where it says by adjusting, do this to each cam then just lock off.

another way is lift on each cam at tdc.

We messed around on the rollers til the power was where we wanted and was at its peak
