inlet manifold sensor

hi, just wondering if somebody could tell me what the sensor is on the bottom of the inlet manifold on an escort turbo s2, Thanks.

IF it is the one on the side of the plenum and not the manifold, it is AIR temp, there is no other sensor on the inlet apart from TPS on housing.

It's the thermo-time switch (between the #2 and #3 runner) that controls the blue fifth injector for cold starting and warm up.
