Default Newbie here

i've just bought myself a little mk3 fiesta diesel t's a 1.8 but has a mondeo head and turbo etc fitted to it at the minute its a bit hard to start so i'm going to change the glow plugs when you put your foot down the turbo throws out a load of smoke throught the exhaust how do i solve this problem?

will have a quick look in the morning is there anything i can do to the diesel lump to make it any quicker?

take it out and fit a petrol


not sure mate dont really no much about diesels

me either i wanna keep it as a diesel for the economy to be honest it's a van at the end of the day
