im tuning up my escort and im needing some help 2get the best power out of it. i have bought a radtec intercoller and a t3/4 turbo and iv got high performance cams k&n mongoose exhaust and need advice on the injection system so any help would be good??

 

You've already done mistakes, so you had to ask this before you buy things Now it's up to you to learn from your own mistakes

First of all you had to start from the chip and stronger -31 actuator, then filter, exhaust, cooler, and only then bigger T3 (no way T3/4 as it is too big for 1.6) with this you could run 17 psi max. Then you had to lower CR by machining the pistons down by at least 1.5 mm and boost it up to 21 psi, with good set up of fueling.
