Hey guys quick question. my xr seems to be runnin very rich."drinkin the juice". also have hot startin probs. any ideas? what should my c.o. be? its a fully rebuilt engine,new pump the whole lot. cheers.

 

it sounds like you need to get the car set up mate ....check if the meter unit is lecking or any pipes ect..

 

same as me mate, changed the meter unit i got off ebay,different car now, well worth a try!!

 

Cheers have a spare one there ill give it a try.

 

First things first check to see if your cold start valve is leaking.......

If thats jammed open and is pissing fuel in the whole time the engine is running you will get those sort of symptoms.
