More advise please!

Recently fitted a set of Eibach springs to my ERST2...the car seems to have a pronounced "back end in the air" look.
I was told the kit would lower the front by 30mm and the rear by 20mm
Though I haven't measured, it looks more than a 10mm difference.

Anyone else fitted this kit and noticed this "oddness"...or have I fitted the springs on the wrong way around...I fitted the longer springs to the front (no instructions in the kit)
