Default HELP VERY HOT ECU !!!

START MY 2WD SAFF IT STARTS NO PROBLEM BUT THE ECU GETS RED HOT AFTER ONLY RUNNING FOR 2 MIN.CHECKED PLENIUM EARTHS ALL OK -ANY IDEAS AS IM RUNNING OUT OF LEVEL 6 ECUS!

could be a short in one of the circuits that the ecu drivers drive, like injectors, amal valve or idle valve. it will get aired, but should not get HOT. disconnect it and check all the loom for cracks, shorts or corrosion.
