I am putting a standard 1.8 zetec 130bhp, in to my mk3 escort. I`ll be using the crank sensor, but dont know what flywheel, clutch set-up to use. Was thinking maybe cvh efi flywheel and clutch? Oh and i`m using mk3 xr3 g-box...

Just keep the ZETEC flywheel and clutch.

 

its got the wrong splines, it had an mtx75 box on it b4, clutch is way bigger

 

both gearboxes have 1" 23 spline input shafts, so the original zetec flywheel and clutch will fit the xr gearbox.

 

yeah found out that the 105bhp flywheel and clutch or cvh clutch will work. what engine mount do u use for the zetec, ive moddded the bracket on the block, but my rubber mount fouls the oil pump
