cossie rs 500 cooler

Default cossie rs 500 cooler

hi ive just bought a saff and it has morrette twin lights fitted. iwant to go for the more standard look so tried putting the originals on but they wont fit cos the rs500 cooler is in the way. has anyone else had this problem?? and whats the best way to get around this.

There must be something odd here as my friend has a 500 cooler on his 4be with std lights.

Default rs 500 cooler

its a pace rs500 style intercooler if that makes it any different. the brackets dont have slots so i cant realy move it back any further. someone else must have had this problem.

It is just a very tight fit, when i fitted the i/c i filed a little off the back of the lights where they touch just to ease the tension. They will be incontact though.
