Hey All,

Does anyone know if the 6 speed 'box from the ST220 will fit directly into a '98 ST24, and what else is needed apart from the box. As in, are the driveshafts the same, do you need new gear linkage, shift plate etc apart from six speed gearstick.
Also, if it is feasible, are there any performance benefits. ie. is sixth slightly higher geared in the 6 speed than in the 5 speed, and does 1st gear effectively become redundant.

Just thought I'd ask, as surely one of you guys knows the answer, or someone who's done this already.
