Default Bleading cooling system?

Going to be replacing my thermostat on the Escos soon, and wondered if I needed to blead the cooling system after filling it up.

If so has anyone got any instructions on how to go about doing it.

yeh just fill it up slowly, run it up ticking over with the cap off for a couple of minuts and keep it topped up, put the heating in the car on hot to check it gets nice n hot. i dont know if there are any bleed screws on the system but im sure sum1 els wil know, if there are do them 1st, just unscrew them until water comes out, u may need to pour more water in to get it 2 come out
