the wheels should fit but be careful of rubbing

to drop the back end you can flip the leaf springs over or use lowering blocks ( or both ! )

to get the locking nut off you need a socket which has a left hand thread on the inside , sometimes see them on fleabay

thanks blue, ill have to order one of them sockets,
can you only use the lowering blocks once the axle has been put on top of the leaf spring? i cant think where else the lowering block would go apart from at the front of the spring by the petrol tank

they fit between the spring and the rear beam (axle) , if you look where the beam bolts on there will be 2 "U" clamps either side , take these off , lift up the beam , put block between beam and spring , put on a longer "U" clamp and job done

thanks, one thing thats worried me about putting the axle on top is will the U clamps be strong? because ill have alot of audio in the back of the van, maybe 300kg, even 300kg wont lower the van much because i have all this audio in my mk5 van and theres still about 5 inches gap between the tyre and the arch
