Default Draining coolant Escort Si mk6

Hi,

After a little bit of help I'm wanting to change the coolant in my car but can't seem to find a hose to drain from.

Can anyone give me some advise as to the easiet way of draining this please

Escort Mk 6 1996

Many thanks

When i replaced my Thermostat i did it the bodge way lol

I Literally unscrewed the thermostat housing off the side of the engine and had a large bowl underneath the car. The coolant all then poured out of the housing and I aimed it into the bowl.

Was a little bit messy, nothing bad though, just spilt a bit over the gearbox.

Probably is a proper way to do it, but im not the most mechanically minded person, but that worked fine
