cant get rid of pinking noise,car has colloins chip -31 actuator running 15psi,what should the timming be set at please

Who knows??

Depends what chip its got/how the ignition map is set.

Probably going to be a rolling road jobby. You could try retarding the timing slightly incase the dizzy has been off and has been advanced slightly more when upon refitting, but if its anything too significant leave it to a tuner.

want to run around 10-12" on the timing strobe @900rpm with the vacum pipe to the ecu(take it its on mfi)blocked using 98 ron fuel then adjust you c0 to about 1.5%co @ idle should be ok

Not necessarily if its chipped.......PWM mod chips can make them run massively retarded ignition at idle.

SCS set mine up to that wen i was running a 195 chip and pulled 180bhp at the wheels at 17psi

yea but it depends on what chip he has and/or how its mapped.........
