I knoe these items are interchangable into the fiesta boxes and also the IB5 boxes fitted to the later fiesta's, ka's, pumas etc.

What i want to know is are they cabable of coping with engine power of around 200bhp or will they give up??

THe reason i ask is the quiafe lsd is around £540, and there is a ford lsd unit on ebay for alot less!

if you're guna do it the IB5 box is the stronger box

 

it will be built into the IB5 box all i want to know is whether the diff will give up if the engine puts out 200bhp, and if so is my only option the quiafe lsd?

 

as far as im aware its usually the LSD that lets go anyway, you stand a far better chance with the IB5, and thats what CTS use for a stage 1 upgrade.
