On a Mini , they have 5 port Non-cross flow heads, So the Spi (Single point Injection) Mini's only run 2 Injectors one for each inlet port.


If you was converting it to Turbo Efi instead of using the Metro Turbo Carb set-up


And you wanted an Aftermarket management, Can you run the management to run 2 injectors? Or does it have to be four, Like a normal turbo 4 cyl / 4 inj car?

It depends on the management but most you can configure pretty much how you need it. Even if your chosen management won't let you only use two injectors you could always plumb all four in
