in everyones opinion what is the best standalone for EFI turbo setup

not sure between DTA S60 or Omex 710 has anyone had dealings with these 2 on a turbo setup or does anyone know of any other systems that could be used.

its for a 1.6 efi but will be running GT2870 turbo with over 1.5 bar

 

Go for the Emerald. The DTA and OMEX are good but you will be paying money for features you will not even use.

 

cheers mate, is that just on a cost saving though as i can get 25% off DTA new but ive heard somethings about it not being the best on turbo cars

 

You will have to do the maths Make sure to include hidden costs like software, looms etc.

If you buy an Emerald the legend that is Dave Walker will map your car for Ł200 no matter how long it takes.

 

mapping costs sounds good, where is he based and is it only fords he does (mines not really a ford just using ford ideas lol)
