Default URGENT PLEASE HELP

just got my 4x4 3dr replica up and running everything is perfect EXCEPT it smokes like a bitch.
i noticed it first when i was sitting in traffic, as i went to pull away a big plume of smoke blew pass me!
it also chucks out alot of smoke if i give it a bootfull when its going and then worse when slowing down!

the engine has been stripped down and rebuilt to check everything is ok and it was fine and the bores arent worn. it seems like to much smoke for valve stem seals, and also it don't smoke when ticking over.

could anyone determine the cause of this smoke, i think it might be the turbo but there is hardley any play in the shaft so then again it mite not be PLEASE HELP . its going for a setup this next week.

Almost defo turbo seals, when you get a new/recon one get step gap seal.
They can use a lot of oil and smoke with no discernable wear at all.
