Default s2 header tank leaking, advice please

hi peeps,
started a thread about this in erst chat room, my bailey header tank starts making a bubbling noise when up to temp , im getting a hissing noise from the near side of the engine and a slight coolant leak from the off side of the engine.
there is no evidence of head gasket failure, never over heats.

after further inspection today it appears my thermostat housin gasket is leaking, and my header tank is leaking, due to it being welded/repaired by previous owner of the tank.

if i replace my header tank and thermostat housing gasket, do you think this will solve the problem

you can't have a leaky expansion bottle so it has to be replaced either way really.

Might be worth seeing how much it is for a repair on yours
