Default RST judders under braking

ieplaced my front brake discs and pads about 6 months ago and now after rebuilding the engine over the winter i've started to use it again and i get a judder through the pedal when i brake. The judder appears to be from the drivers side. I have taken the discs off and checked the hubs to make sure they were mounting correctly and i've also had the discs checked for any warping and there was only 2 thou run out. What else could be causing this??

Any ideas

Swop the discs from left to right and see if the judder now comes from the passenger side. You'll know then if it is the discs or not.

it can only really be the brakes to be honest.

The warp may only be 2 thou but thats still enough to cause problems.

This may help

Hi i had the same problem on my mitsubishi gto brand new racing discs and red stuff pads i had them checked and they were very slightly warped but enough to make car judder under braking, i was told to just run them in and eventually it stopped after about 3 month..

Dont know if this will be the case with your car though!!

i'd say its the discs, but check the hubs too...
