Need help.
My friend has 1.4 CVH orion and one strange thing is happening to it. Sometimes front lights (long distance) come on even with the ignition off and without the key in it. They come off only when I remove fuse or relay, other things like disconecting the switch don't help. And as they come on they go off without any reason aswell can't find anything

 

It is the fusebox that is dying. It is shorting through the printed circuit board. The normal remedy is to replace it. Check also for watermarks on the board when you remove it.

 

Just had a thought, what model is it, when you PM'd me i assumed it was a Mk2 Orion (Mk4 Escort shape)
