Default cossie misfire saph 4x4

Hi ive got a misfire when i come on boost coupled with my rev needle going all over the place.
I am sure its something to do with the crank sensor or the wireing to it as it does not do it if i cable tie the loom so it doesnt move (the part of the loom near the injectors) but sometimes , today being an example, if i go over speed bumps the problem starts again.
Ive already cut the three black plugs out of the loom but that didnt work. Is it worth taking the plastic covering of the wires and see if they are broken anywhere ? Or is there another cause for this problem?

Most likely caused by the crank position CONNECTOR, as mine was and two others were that I have done, very random in nature.
You could try bending the pins inside the male part of the connector to see if it grips better inside, the female part loses their sprung properties after a few years and so cases lost contact as it suffers micro arcing inside housing.
A new connector(m+f) can be bought from POLEVOLT.CO.UK
