ok for the tech questions:
Firstly for damage parts, The arms and beams have there own jigs so should there be damage the can check for straightness or remake the individual parts, Replacement adjusters etc will be stock items.

the beam in the pic is a stage 1 so thats camber adjustable and to set rear tow we slot the outers and tack weld big penny washers once set and tightened, Same as Mike R mentions in another post which is what group N guys do.
The angle between pic up points in 6 degrees, we tried others and yes rainbum is right again 6 degree is optimum.
stage 2 will have FUll adjustment with inner and outer rosejoints.

Granada: Mk1 fastback, LS1 5.7 alloy V8, Custom long tube headers and exhaust fabricated and Go-Tech engine management, Cossie Rear beam is next on the list for install with a 9" diff gearbox is a tremec T56.

i would like to see one used in rough competition use as from the pics i think it would break/bend ??

the std wishone assy bends on rough single venue events never mind rough forrest stages, that extension to the inner arm point looks weak from a picture point of view also ( i know pics can be deceiving)

in the purpose of this design you are trying to modify the std items to imitate the suspension design movement arc of the group A items, but have we got the strength in there with it ?

haveing broken all the above std parts (in std form) i would be quite wary about using these on a competiton car/track car , would i be wrong in my thinking ???

cheers
mark

The arms picture are for road and moderate track day use, As mention eslewhere there are tubualar arms available for competiton use. The arms pictured are modified using thick wall cds500 tubing and they protrude well into the OEM arm strengthening it further from standard.
One point I'd like to make clear is that with the competiton arms they are design to Bend over Breaking, Its not good if people using our product dont finish there event and you also need to look at the servicable aspect of which if the arm is super strong they the beam will bend and if we make the beam very very strong the mounting points get efected resulting in shell damage, Its good to design a weak point WITHIN reason. I'm glad you brought this up though and I'd like to hear more of what your doing with your car and the events in which you've broken arms. I like to see my product proven!!

Mark - we used to just double skin them at specific points to overcome those problems on the forrest cars.

To make 1 good strong beam it took 2 or 3 original items.
