mondeo electrics help please

hi every1 my mums m8 has just bought a 2.0 16v mondeo phase 1 its an ex police car and no electrics work in either back door ie windows and speakers any 1 have any ideas cheeRS scott

they disconnect the back windows for obvious reasons lol god knows ive cursed those switches !
