Ok, just noticed when looking under the EFI throttle body there's a pipe connector. It's only a small one like a little vacuum hose type.

A bit vague I know but it's here in this pic pointing straight down under the throttle body.


What's supposed to go on it and where to?

It's the reference pressure to the fuel pressure regulator. You fuel pressure will be miles out (too much) at partial throttle without it.
