Default RS Turbo 1.6 CVH Head

What is the difference in RST head and Xr3i head is just the valves or the seats and so on.

For the majority of the heads you can aquire there is no difference.

I have been informed the very very very early S1 heads had sodium filled valves, but they will be in short supply!

Any xr3i head will be fine

Nice on the head is of my 1990 G escort cab with MFI and its going to go on my turbo bottom end and only mods i am gonna do are full S/S K&N chip -31 thats it mybe a front mount will post on project soon.

Where can i get the union bolt from block to turbo feed. ive looked at burton but carnt find one will for still stock?
