l8 cos ecu question...
hi just stripped ny h 4x4 l8 cos ecu to see if chipped,has baby board with 2 chips in,1 smaller plaihn blk one bigger with winow on sticker missing is it chipped

Chances are that it is, seens as it's got a baby board installed.
The sticker may not be missing, it may never have had one stuck on. Normally EPROMS have stickers over the window to prevent accidental erasure.

it did have a sticker but has been ripped off,not much left of it now,is it still 10 psi limit on standard l8?

Thought baby boards were only installed to 'decrypt' real chips so that cheap copies couldn't be used...

Pic would help, but yes, std L8's had their own baby/daughter board, not to be confused with a Pectel board.
